How Does Bio-Circle Work?

Bio-Circle utilizes a water-based and pH-neutral cleaning medium called Bio-Circle L (Liquid). Oils and grease are immediately and biologically removed by the micro-organisms in Bio-Circle L. Bio-Circle L also contains special nutrients which ensures an optimal working process of the micro-organisms during the whole life-span.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Components of Bio-Circle

1. Flexible faucet with tap for simple flushing and rinsing of the parts to be cleaned.

 

2. Economically integrated brush with brush-holder and 3-way ball valve from which Bio-Circle L (liquid) flows for the cleaning of heavily soiled parts. The large wash-basin can be used completely.

 

3. A plastic foil keyboard offers the operator an optimal comfort and indicates the status of the process by pictograms.
4. An air pump ensures a steady supply of oxygen.
5. Stable and robust bottom part. Insulated and double walled tank for Bio-Circle L.

 

6. Additional accessory options: Filter-Set, lid, and tank drain

 

7. For maintenance purposes the table can easily be opened sideways.
